2 Minute Healthy Cookie Dough [Gluten, Dairy, refined sugar free] 2 minute healthy cookie dough snack

This is my absolute favorite recipe for those times when you just NEED something sweet.  It’s quick, healthy, and made with items you already have in your pantry. 

Bonus – this insanely yummy cookie dough is free of gluten, corn, soy, dairy, and refined sugars!  In under two minutes, you can have a guilt-free bowl of delicious cookie dough.

2 Minute Healthy Cookie Dough {gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free}

Serving size: 1-2, depending on appetite ;)


½ cup gluten free oat flour
¼ cup almond flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
Shake of salt
1-2 tbsp milk of choice (almond milk, cow milk, etc)
¼ cup maple syrup
1-2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

Mix and enjoy!  Keep in the refrigerator.  Will thicken up as it sits.
